The SAINT-GEORGES : Side cuisine, Chef Paul COURTAUX was formed at the lycée hôtelier Saint-Chely-d’apcher. He began his career at Candlestick in Montpellier, france, before jetting off to the kitchens of the Ritz in Paris. At the age of 21, he received a star at The restaurant la Chaldette and continued his career in the period Between The Pots to Pézenas. It is with the desire to assert its own identity culinary that it will create – with Hélène, his wife – the restaurant Le Saint Georges in Palavas-les-Flots. Chief Paul COURTAUX is part of the Heads of Cbs, an association of Leaders in montpellier, which celebrates our local Cuisine.
